If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• Unused, in original packaging
• Must include proof of purchase

Not eligible for return:

• Used or opened gravel and substrate
• Any customized aquarium items

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
